How long has it been since the barn was really used and what state are we talking about?

I am amazed at how clean it is. He must have vacuumed it after he was done using it.

I'm not sure the last time it was used for hay, probably in the mid 1970's. He retired in 1976 my cousin told me.
It's in Illinois close to St. Louis Mo.
