Does anyone subscribe to this magazine? I have a trial issu, but am just curious if it is helpful to anyone. This issue had an article on buying an older tractor to keep it on topic.

My wife got me a subscription. I have found many usefull articles, most of it is good reading but does have a few definate eco-crazy writers.
If you can look past that I'd say it's worth the subscription price.

I probably have 100 issues saved up. We've subscribed on and off for years. Good info, not too expensive either. Some of it is a little kooky and they aren't into large scale farming, but for small farms or homesteads as we used to call them it's good stuff.

We've had it for years, a very good magazine,lots
of recepies and farm kitchen hints,as well as
animal and equipment stuff. Most of it is written
by readers, and there are a few "head in the sand"
loonies send in "The sky is falling" type articles.
