Any one know the make of this tractor?

It does look like a Waterloo-Boy:
But there is some differences from the W-Bs I have seen. Such as the steering wheel position and some other features that stand out.
I could be a very early one that no longer exist.
The John Deere boys on the JD site might be able to help out more.
 
I wonder if the rack comes off of the manure spreader, or if it was converted. Or maybe that is the way they unloaded it for feeding.
 
Well the pathetic thing about this picture (era) was the amount of labor involved, the "apparent" hay volume, and reality. Comparing loose hay to the contents of a mechanically baled package is truly amazing. But they had to do with what they had and they didn't know that a few decades down the road would be such a utopia.

I did some digging thru my books and found out the tractor is a "Whitney" model 9-18 introduced in 1918.
