International Scout Carb question

I use a 1974 International Scout with the 345 V8 to plow with. This truck has always been very dependable. In our last storm (heavy/wet snow), it started stumbling & I had to keep revving the motor up to finish our property. Yesterday, I bought new plugs/ wires/ cap/rotor & fuel filter for it & installed them. This didn't seem to help, the truck starts right up, but seems to be starving for fuel, I also noticed that if I let the truck idle, it leaks gas from the front of the carb & eventually stalls itself out. I took the aircleaner off & noticed the top of the carb filling w/ gas. I soaked it in carb cleaner last night, but, what is my next step? Thanks from Maine.

Sounds like carb flooding ,,possible dirt /bad needle and seat . Not bad carb to rebuild . List $ should be on air horn by choke plate . Holley 2 bbl . R3213 for example , it should start with a "R" . If they can't find kit or need help let me know . 319-329-0915

needle and seat not sealing, also this could be due to a float that no longer 'floats' your local carquest or napa store will have a kit for it, its not too hard a job, just take pics with your cell phone ect as you disassemble the carb, you may not need the pics, but if you do 1 of them is worth a million if it tells you where some little thing went, you will need the carb number which will be stamped on it, as well as what brand of carb ih used several
