At 7:25PM the highway my dive goes onto is closed from 60 miles west to about 25 miles east of me. Still supposed to get another 2-4" overnight.

I-90 in SD closed from Sioux Falls to Wall, (about 300 miles), I-29 from Sioux Falls to the ND boarder, (about 225 miles), all of the eastern 2/3 of SD & most of western MN & NW Iowa under severe blizzard conditions, so we feel your pain here in the upper mid-west. We probably have 8-10 inches on the ground at Mitchell and its moving side ways right now with a 20-30 MPH NW wind. Oh well, we desperately need the moisture all across the area, so we'll take it any way we can get it. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)

Yea I'm near Battle Lake MN. MN 210, US 10, MN 108 and I94 are all closed in our area. We are supposed to get your wind later. I measured in 3 spots came up with 9 1/2" and looking at another 2-6" by the time it's supposed to end.

Big pheasant killer for sure. The yotes will be hungry by wednesday. Time to break out the white coveralls and 25-06 and the Foxpro.
I talked to my neighbors and some BTO's I have over 7000 acres to hunt.
Anyone want to shoot some yotes? We are overun with them in thei area of SD. Davison, Aurora, Brule, Sanborn, Beadle counties.
 
Boy I would love to do that again. I was thinking of breaking out my caller the other night in fact. Sounds fun, but I'm so busy right now it isn't possible.
 
Lots of yotes down in Douglas, Charles Mix, Bon Homme & Hutchinson, too. Gotta get out there this week, if possible. Got a few relatives and lots of friends down that way. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
 
Maybe call me? I have two hunters coming in from WI for a week and they are two deadly, 22.250 killers.

I grew up in Gregory county, still have two brothers and parents in dairy there. Sounds like they are on generators tonight....bet your weather won't even get mentioned in the national news...

You must be fairly close to Rembrandt, then? I did a samll job for the pipeline up there a few years back. Nice area, great people!
