This ginger furball expired about 3 weeks ago...It got itself turned into a roadside pizza! Then there is my sons dog 'Lena' (again) and the other little tabby furball is what the children got to replace the flat one!The cattle are some of our Holstein heifers. and the three donkeys were in a field one day when I was cutting hedgerows. The last pic is some Jacob sheep (with 4 horns) at the local council animal farm

I have posted my 3 English Mastiffs and 2 Mt. Feist Terriers already, heres a couple of other animals.

By the way, everything you see in these pictures has been cleaned and eaten. A few of the rabbits we sold to a guy that had a big snake of some kind, dont remember. My girls were mad that they couldnt go watch the snake eat the rabbit. When the youngest was in 3rd grade she had to make a picture board. She made it of her breasting out one of the geese. The teacher about had a heart attack, the kids thought it was the coolest thing they ever saw.

They have made good money the last couple years selling the extra ducks, chickens and rabbits.

larry@stines, (sorry long)

Great looking pets. Love pic 2 - looks like the dog is sticking its tongue out at you for taking a photo.

Everyone has great pets!!!

Had to post "ours"...which really belong to our son. I think he should get an award for strangest pets.

He has had:
His first odd pet was a mama weasel and her babies he captured. It did not live too long in captivity which was good - since pets that require covering ones hands with leather and chainmail before handling, are probably not ideal companions. (never got any pics of it).

Another was a pet pigeon, Pidge, that would land on him (and everyone else if you did not wave it away). I even let him raise it in a cage in his room while it was a baby.

Most recent is his pet, "Gophie". He found Gophie when picking rock on our farm last summer (a streaky gopher/13 stripe ground squirrel). Gophie"s mom had drug it out of the nest and he was laying on the ground and cold. He was so little that his eyes were not even open yet. Son fed him kitten milk replacer and he survived AND THRIVED as evidenced by the photos. He is one rotund gopher. Gophie lives in the haymow of the "barn-birdhouse" our son designed and built. (Son has some doves and finches that live in the lower part of the barn). Gophie is semi-hibernated this winter... but wakes up sometimes to eat. LOL.

Last pic is the barn-birdhouse during the building process.

I don't have a herd picture, but here's a pic of "Groovin'". She and "Moovin'" were born on the same day some years ago. There ar 41 more like her out in the pasture.

The little dog is "Minnie Lou" our Boston Terrier when she was a pup a couple of months ago.

I love animals.

First pic is of my daughters dogs that I got fer 18 mos. Puppet on the left is a sheperd type but got a haircut, he's 14+, Tank is a 3 yr old Rotwieler and is a joker, always playin.
Sandy is my little bed partner and rules the other two inthe house. Third is of my son's dog. He had to put her down two months ago from cancer. When I cut or baled hay if it was hot, she would trot between the front wheels of my 1655 to stay out of the sun! After she got older she'd do that for an hour then beg for one of us to pujt her up on the platform and ride!
Last pic is the barn where six horses are hunkered down for yesterdays snow. All my horse pics are on the other compuker!
Best pet I think wife and I ever had was a coon we raised from before his eyes were open. Slept in bed with us at night, but during the day his two favorite spots were in the clothes hamper or the washing machine, he's open the lids and climb in. Can't say how many times my wife looked fer him for half a day 'fore we figgured out his favorite spots.

JR,

Maybe we should introduce them. LOL.

We have hoped he would at least date someone other than the girl he's liked since 6th grade (he's 18 now). Worried he will settle for beer without ever trying champagne.

LOL. Yea, my wife says the same thing. The cattle are lot like me, we all eat good. Very good. LOL

We called the daughter of the guy who bought our farm Ellie Mae. She always had some critters following her around, turned the 20X32 grainery into a big bird house. Peacocks sound like a little kid yelling "help".
