Louisville farm show

Only about 50 miles for me. We will be watching the weather but so far, Saturday for us. That way, we get to fight the crowds. My wife works for the school. The years I pulled there, we were always on Friday. Best year I had, we ran on a Friday 13th. And I broke an axle and finished first place out of the pull-off. If I go during the week by myself, I always spend some time in the pits, then go back on Saturday to see everything I can't live without.

Absolutely! A friend from GA, and a friend from WV are gonna meet up with me in southern Ky and head up there for the 13th and 14th. Never been, but everyone says Ill love it. I hope there right!

Care to give me a name or tell when and what you pulled. Pulled there late 60s early 70s .?
Still the granddaddy of the farm shows. Have worked there all three days. Will go Thursday this year.

Be prepared to do a lot of walking. There is a lot to see. I quit going because I don't understand all that multi million dollar machinery. I'm more into the 1950s technology.

Last year it took 15 hours for my wife and I to see the whole thing.Well worth the time and the walk. Was all ready to go this year.Made reservations back in July.Monday night she said her jaw hurt.Long story short she gets a root canal next Wednesday. But there's always next year.Be safe and have a good time.
