Farmall F30 Picture

Here's an F30 that looks like it's been rode hard and put away wet.

Notice the accessories it has?
1. Spark Arrestor on exhaust
2. Dual Headlights
3. Take notice of the generator setup where the belt pulley would be just under the driver's foot.

Notice a change in the wheels in your pictures of the Farmalls between 1934 and 1936 going from steel to rubber. Had heard when rubber tires became an option there was some resistance to them on the part of new tractor buyers. Heard that AC outfitted the U model with the first rubber tires and took them to state and county fairs to drive them around and demonstrate how much better rubber was over steel. This would have been 1933-34-35 give or take year or two.In fact had read some where AC had raced their tractors with w/ others equipped w/ special high speed transmissions in the them. Ever hear of that. Those are great pics by the way.

Your killing me. I can't find some of my Dad's and Granddad's photo of their F30 pulling a binder. Thank for posting. You might say I'm farming through boxes, and boxes.

Sourgum,
Look close at the F30 below, those front wheels were originally steel and they cut them down and put the rubber on the fronts.
