How long did it set in the field? Was the exaust capped? If you have a cylinder full of warer you are going to have to pull an injector. If you have had freezing temps your problems could be much worse. You best bet is to get it into a warm shop, and check for coolant/water in oil
pan first, and go from there.

The safe aproach, will be to pull the injectors, and then remove the head, and see how bad the cylinders look. If not too bad pour some ATF in the cylinders, let it soak a couple days, and then find a leverage point where you can try to turn the engine by hand. Removing the starter and putting a bar against the teeth in the ring gear is common. Causiously pounding on the piston with hammer and wooden block may also help.

Easiest way, after you put something in the cylinders to soak, it to have tractor in gear (maybe about 4th or so on a 6 speed), then every time you walk by it, rock the rear wheel a little, both ways. May take a while, but eventually you'll rock it, and it won't bounce back to where it was- then its free.

For the little time involved, its probably best to remove the head to see how ugly things are. You're going to have to clean things up in there after you get it free, anyhow.
