When I find myself feeling "down" I watch this video about a Marine named Dale Wilson. I have the privilege of knowing him personally. If there is a finer person walking the face of the earth I'd be surprised.
Dale won the award, "Disabled Veteran of the Year" in 2009. This video was shown during the ceremony.
So if you've got about ten minutes, give it a watch. It always lifts my spirits. Thanks Dale, you are a "class act" in my eyes.
