Got this Oliver 88 pedal tractor for Christmas when I was 18 months old. That's me on it. I've still got it.
I'm still cute as a button too. lol

Both pictures were taken in the same room too.

I had it restored 20 years or so ago. Has the correct pedals,the Eska tires and the original seat and steering wheel.

Nope,different cat. I had a black and white one with a mustache back then. His name was Ernie,named after Tennessee Ernie Ford.

Just camera shy I guess. Or more likely it would have been like the fat gal up the road riding a moped past here. You couldn't even hear it running for the fat muffling the noise.

I resemble that remark.

I did sit astride a Honda Trail 70 recently, just like I had growing up, and it was sure smaller than I remembered.

Excellent pix. I still have my Allis buried in my parents attic. One of these days I need to get it.

Chest freezer in the basement has the orange scars to prove it.

History like that is great.Same house and still have the same tractor.My parents split up when I was young and moved around a few times so links to history are very few for me.I do have my Dad's toy oliver 1800 1/16 tractor along with a dozen other of his toys.

Looks like the photos were taken with the same camera too! LOL You are fortunate that you still have it. As someone mentioned, very few of us still have any of our childhood toys.

I'd have done a better job with an old one. The first one is a photo of a photo. My hands shake too bad to use a digital camera anymore. I can't hold still after I push the button while I wait for it to take.

Many digital camera"s have a mode for "action" Photo"s. You might check to see if your camera has that mode. it makes it quicker.
