Been a few days since we heard about Steve.How is he? Did you get a wheel chair, is he home yet?

I was just thinking the same thing and thought about asking about him.

Steve should get home today. Carol has been using a regular wheel chair in the hospital. She thinks she can do fine with of of them in the house at home. We have a regular wheel chair and the rough duty power one for later when he can get out side some.

Also my son is taking a vacation week at his day job. So he and my DIL plan to be there most of the time the first week to help Steve and Carol.

I will let you guys know how it is going.

JD, I've been in a wheelchair since July/1976. If there's anything I can do for Steve, advice wise, please don't hesitate to ask. It's a tough lick to take for anyone but Steve will learn to overcome this. It sounds like he has plenty of family support and that is the most important thing at this time.
