is there a way to save your bookmarks on the toolbar to something like a zip drive. i am running windows xt on my clanky old hp at the shop, and the computer is on the verge of biting the dust and i have a whole bunck of links in my favorites that i dont want to loose. thnx

It's a folder on your desk top and under the Internet Explorer folder on your hard drive. Copy it to your zip drive, or set it up in your backup routine.

In Internet Explorer click on "File", "Import & Export" and "Export to a File". follow the instructions and you can export them to My Documents or a USB or other drive. You can use the same option to import them back to Internet Explorer. You can also export/import your cookies this way.

Last time my computer was serviced..the computer
shop put my "Favorites", (most of them sources
from Y/T) on one of those "Sticks". I, however,
don"t know how to use the stick thing,How to add,
or how to retrieve.
I"ve got a brand new,(March 2012) Dell Vostro
with Windows 7.
