This is an inportant - special day for me as Char and I have been married 35 years today. We met the previous July, started dating in August, got engaged in September so knew each other less than 6 months but when everything feels soo right you know it. Lester

Mrs. magpie and I met in Nov engaged in April, married in Sept. 32 years and counting. GETTING BETTER EVERY YEAR , thank God she can put up with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Met right after I bought my Saab Sonett sports car she came over to visit. Dated for over 6 years then she proposed was married a week or so later. Been happy for 38 years now.

The Mrs. and I have been married 47 years today. We went to the same schools since the 4th grade. She was my first and last date. The first date was a church hayride and they served coke and sweets. as I was walking her home we pass by the dairy bar and she wanted another coke. I told her we cokes at the hayride. We never dated until after graduation. I am now paying for not getting her that drink. It has been a great time 4 childern 10 grandchildern and 2 great grand childern.

I was merried the first time 17 years, had two wonderful kids with her then things went screwie. Does make any differance who was a fault. It ended. Sad. Six years later, merried again. 16 years and then the neighboring farmer started speading his fertlizer on my plot. Been divorced 1 1/2 yr. I hate it. But. to no supprise, the neighboring farmer is now working on another plot and my x wants me back. This is a hard decission.

Nothing hard about that, NO WAY!!. If she didn't love you enough the first time, what makes you think anything has changed? Had that happen to me once. I don't like it but I am still single and looking for something better.

when all you kids get done patting yourselves on the back, I would like to say "if we make it to august 22 my wife and i will have been married 60 years". knew her 6 weeks knew we were meant for each at first sight. CC

35 years ain't bad! Congratulations. There was an article in our local newspaper Sunday about a couple who had been married 75 years! Now, that's what you call "hangin' in there"!
