Hi there JD Seller,
Just was wondering about how your tractor project is coming along? I believe you posted quite a while ago you had a JD tractor you were going to put together from some other donor tractors. I don't recall the model number it was though. Being a man with your skills and talent, this probably won't go to bad depending on what the issues are that may arise as you rebuild. Just curious. I am always amazed on the mechanical things you write about and are able to fix on so many pieces of equipment. I wish I had just a fraction of that skill/talent. Anyway, best of luck to you on your tractor project. If you could post pictures, that would be cool too.

Kow Farmer: I am working to get a JD 4320 together. Right now I have the transmission about 50% put together. I am waiting on a low range gear I need. A good friend has one in CA and he is shipping it to me.

I am replacing every single bearing, seal, and any other wear part as I go back together with it. I will be lucky to get it done yet this year.

It also seems like things keep popping up that need attention first but that is life.
 
Glad your still working at it. I have a similar problem here with getting stuff done. Customer problems always seem to take priority over my own work, even if it's the truck I need to go fix there stuff lol.

I also have been interested in your project as we have a 4320. We also have 2 4020s and a 3020. What I was wondering was is there a lot of parts not shared with other models? I would also like to see pictures. What you are doing is the kind of project I prefer. Like a big jigsaw puzzle.
