It makes me wonder how he is selling land and he is not sure which county it is in, or the correct spelling of the town. Maybe he is listing for someone else.

That phone number ain't from around here that's for sure. My Dad was born in the old house on the north west corner of Hansen and Holland. I've got a big family picture that was taken in front of that house in 1923. Dale Betham fell asleep with a lit cigarette about 30 years ago and burned the house to the ground. If that ad's for real,I think it'd be on the old Brayton place on the south east corner. That place got split six ways from Sunday quite a few years ago.
 
This was Grandpa,Grandma and Uncle Claude taken in front of the old house in 1916.

That number is a Flint area Verizon cell phone. Maybe its one of the people that received one of the splits.
