It is a crazey world Iive in Just one condinutious AM PM When I awake I never know what part of the day it is CRAZEY you bet I pop awake the clock says 6:30 Which one? the breakfast time or the dinner time is it getting dark or is it getting day light.You finally feel different as you ask people and thry give you that what about this guy look. So I decided to go to the old friend GOOGLE. Here is my findings. So here it is 12l45 daek time and I am able to write a correct E-mail to you all As thry say it is all in the mind Six hours till breakfast time so the nurse just tild me. Sound confussing try living it, I do not sufffer from thr memory lost It hit me rith the shortening of sun shine and low light gitrib

Has happened to me working crazy hours, different shifts. If you could get a clock that reads military time you would be in good shape. Take care
 
Good morning gitrib . I know what you mean,I get ready for work it"s dark and get home when its dark. Sometimes it feels like it"s one long night with the night light turned on. As I write this I"m waiting for the big truck to air up. Merry Christmas and happy new year. Looking forward to your post next year. Trucker
 
Don't feel bad, it happens to all of us! Since I no longer punch a time clock every day, I have to watch it or I get confused, especially with the schedule my daughter works, one of those work two days off two,work three days off two, etc. Fortunately, The clock in my bedroom has a little light that comes on to indicate PM, at midnight when AM begins, the light goes off.
