Over on two boards, Crawlers and combines some guy is posting just the word Sawmill then gives 4 links. What is the chances if you open one of those you are going to a site that will damage you computer. How do you guys handle something like this. I am always a little scared to open something that I don,t know. Has anyone looked at the post. Is something I should not be concerned about. I know we all get unwanted e-mails wanting us to go to suspecting sites.

If I think it looks like spam I click on the "report to moderator" at lower LH side and let the moderator of this site decide if it needs to go or stay.
Update: I looked at the post in question and since it's a member with nearly 400 posts I doubt if it's spam.

They are all legit. Go to them when ever they show up. No PROB. Several of the POSTINGS are the same .
You are talking about the poster that goes by macorson. He is posting videos of equipment from different shows and such. He is not a spammer or anything else. I bet that he post videos just about every week. Some are real interesting and others not so much.
On the post you are referring too. The top link shows a saw mill being ran by an Advanced Rumley steam engine. It is almost twenty minutes long.
