Well it is still 12.12.12 for you all in America, it's easy when we can write the date in the same order, We always put it...day, month, year and you all go ..month, day, year.
This time no one will be confused!!!!!

Said on the news tonight that 7500 people got married today. They also said its the luckiest day of the century. Last but not least, a missle from a third world country was fired off, and that made the rest of the world very unhapy. What a day!

Two 12 year old birthday girls made the headlines in our local paper today. And up the road a mile or two, a young couple are moving into their home, after getting married this afternoon. It'll be a while until 13/13/13. A looong while.

By the way - My wife and I got married on 6/7/67, and it's pretty nice to have an easy date to remember. A fellow can get in enough trouble without throwing in a forgotten anniversary.

Great thread.
For supper tonight I boiled a bratwurst and then sliced it up onto a flour tortilla.
I chopped up raw cabbage and added hot mustard.
Rolled it up and had it like a poboy.
While eating I realized I'd survived the Mayan curse and I was glad I hadn't maxed out my Visa like I read they did in Russia and the magic mountains in Bulgaria or Transylvania or where ever they were gathering.
The last one was in Y2K and this one was 12/12/12.
When's the next one supposed to be anyway?
I wanna make sure I have tortillas on hand again.

My first thought was fertilzer too. I guess I just got spring and planting on my mind.
I write the date down 3 or 4 times a day. I still had to look at my watch and think about it when I did so yesterday. I guess it was no big deal to me.
