Is there a hydraulic pump repair kit available for my 1965 ford 5000 gas? or parts available? Any advice other than buy a new pump?

Buy an aftermarket pump... If those pumps are actually worn, there is no realistic way to repair them. Seals are one thing but once the bushings are shot and the housings cut you have a pile of scrap aluminum.

We are going to pull the pump out tomorrow and look at it. I have good hydraulics until my oil warms up after a half hour to hour then I can't lift much. More than likely more than seals?

Rod is 100% corret.Buy a NEW aftermarket pump.'Bad seals will leak.Your pump is simply worn out.

AND...metallic particles from a failed or worn
out pump, circulating in the system can soon
wear out a new pump! Change filter/filters, and
ideally, change oil out also. Too expensive to
do that? how much is a new pump?

Pump is worn out...
Get a new one. Best after will probably come from Sparex or Central East farm supply.
Definitely change the oil. Filter if you can get to it. Those are only return filters anyhow but there should be a pickup strainer that needs cleaning...
