Does any body know what the flat rate would be to change the intake manifold gasket on a 96 vortec 350?? The intake right from the heads and also the plenum gasket.Thanks for any info.

If you have the time, do it yourself. It looks alot worse than it is. Be sure to use good gaskets and sealer. I did my 98 three years ago and have had no problems at all.

This is a diy job if you're fairly handy. There's stuff all over the internet on how to do this. Just look it up on google. The gaskets only cost about $50 for the good ones. I've done a bit of research on it and learned you should only use the updated Ac Delco's or Fel-Pro MS98000T, preferably the latter.
