JD 7000 Conservation planter

Hi guys,
I ave a JD 7000 conservation planter that
I"ve been using to plant corn in 30 inch rows.
My question is what do I have to do to the planter to plant soybeans.

I have the same thing. I use Kinze bean meters for soybeans and Precission meters for corn. Both work great.

Upside to the meters is accurate seed count, no matter bean size, just like with the corn meters. Some meters have 3 ranges for sizes, but I've never had to change mine. Downside to bean cups is when you change bean size (ie- seeds per lb), you have to recalibrate the planter. Not fun if you have several varieties. Meters- set once for a given population.
