Here are a couple of pictures of my beagle pups and the three I kept (starting at left 2,4 & 5). A little over six months old and chasing rabbits like a dog three times as old. Oh, I use my tractor to mow paths and plant food plots.

Found "Bentley" a male Basset down in the bottom while cutting hay.

Bentley would follow the tractor wherever I went.

Was mowing near the FM road last month and someone stopped and picked him up and took him away.

Just hope they gave him a good home.

Nancy called the local animal control searching for him and found "Lola" a female Bassett.

Lola follows the tractor, rides in the truck, and walks with me in the evening.

We were at the animal shelter this past friday. They had a beagle/Rotwieller mix for adoption. That thing yapped constantly, and with some authority I might add! Cute pups!

Looks like the collie is really loading up the blade to fill in all the tractor operators' mistakes.

LOL- Good picture!

We lost "Maggie" a couple years ago from old age..
She was a Bassett/Sheperd mix..!!
Sweet and innocent..but Powerful..!
Had a Bassett's brain and body..almost..!
My son called her a "Planimal"..more Plant than Animal..!

Ron..

Here is my 12 year old liver and white Brittany. He has throat cancer and this might be the last photo of him I will have. Took this this morning.

Boy is Blossom's daddy. She's from the first litter we bred, the only orange and white. He's 15, she'll be 8 in February.

Gordo, beautiful boy you got there. Cherish your time with him. Mark

Mylee, My favorite Border Collie.

Wizard, aka Whiz, passed on Feb. 7, 2011, and probably the best buddy I have ever had, and Willie, who is trying hard to replace him. Both of these Borders have been great, as was my first Border, Ding Dong, but I don't have any pics on the computer of him.

B is for Basset, This is Dixie Bell- named after a WWII Liberator lost over Bucharest, Hungary on 4 April of 1944. Her predecessor was a Basset named The Antebellum lady Of Memphis (Memphis Belle). Would like to name one after Lt Col Baker's tidal wave liberator but don't think the kennel club will let me name a dog "Hell's wench"
