Caterpillar Sixty Project

I was trained as a machinest in the Navy but didn't work much after that. I can say one thing there are many, many hours of work in that little project.

For life of me why would someone put that many hours into a project like that, unless it was bigger and it could do some real work.

"Because they Can!!!" I have spent many hrs scratch building 1/16 scale Case toys (far from running models like this) which do nothing but collect dust and perhaps gain some value the older they get, because knowone else made them, and that perticular peice had a spot in my heart.
Life is NOT all about PRACTICALITY, and monitary gain.

That video would have been so much more effective if the guy had reached down with his hand and picked up the model.
