I just purchased a farmall tractor today and the serial number is 64110 DS. Is this a Super MTA? Paint is all faded and cannot tell by the decals and do not know a lot about this particular model. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
It probably is made in Chicago plant. There should be a lever on both left and right sides of the seat. One on the left is a TA the other is a live PTO control. It should have live Hydro with a Pump in front of the distributor. There are other indicators. Jim
 
It does have a long handle for the pto on the right hand side but nothing on the left.There is a pump in front of the distributor and it has power steering. Still not for sure if this is a MTA. What does the DS stand for after the serial number?
 
D = tractor was equiped with what was called 5000 ft. elevation pistons when new and the S shows it came with a T/A. That serial number fits a SMTA. Should have a gas tank like a M with maybe 5 to 6 inches between the rear of tank and the steering support post.

I will try to get some photos posted in a day or two. I just want to be sure what I have here. I only gave $650.00 for this tractor and it is running. Thanks for the help. Is there anything else I can look for to prove that it is an MTA. I still do not see a handle on the left side for the torque amplifier.
