The reddish purple dish- sauerkraut, or shredded beets? What's it called? I'm German, and should know this stuff, but I don't.

"Fränkisches Schäufele" (Franconian pork shoulder?)
Blaukraut (blue cabbage) und
knödel
and a nice 48 degree dark weizen and followed with a double shot of ouzo.......

Just a liiiiiiittle lazy now...

Looks good! Although I can't actually identify anything per se, I would sure be willing to try it.
BTW, I hope she don't read your posts, I called mine a name like that one time and didn't see her for about three days. Then the swelling went down and I could get one eye open a little bit. LOL
