In southern New England, I believe it is Massachusetts, there is a weekly publication, a swapper paper-type thing. It is just trucks and construction equipment and I cannot remember the name of it. I think it was called .... something-Trader. Anyone out there Know what I might be Referring to? I am looking for a JD-450 dozer and am in Maine.

Don't know about a paper, but go to 'tractorhouse' and look under 'construction equipment'. I think you'll find what you are looking for.
 
There is one called Big Ads, thebigads.com/ads.
I have one that is 2 months old with 2 450s ads in it, crawler loader $4700 508 278 5762 in Uxbridge. Other one is 450E dozer $15,000 508 596 4333 in Millis. Both places southeast of Worcestor.
 
Used to be alot of 'Trader' papers out there, but many have gone the way of the dinosaur due to the internet. Try doing s search for 'used equipment for sale' used tractors for sale, etc, etc. Any of those should bring up a large number of sites dedicated to selling whatever you are looking for.
 
There used to be a paper called Rock and Dirt. I remember looking at it with my kids years ago. It was just heavy trucks and construction equipment. They now have a web site. It is full of individual adds not just dealers.
