Got any Racoons out your way like this one from North Westen Pa.? 1st one I have ever seen round here and I have been seeing coons for 58 years.

Killed one like that in SE Ohio about 25 years ago. Skinned it and was gonna make a hat........ Practice wife thought she'd do me a favor and wash it so I could work with it one evening.... She used near boiling water and took all that yeller hair right off............

Nope can not say I have ever seen one like that. I can say I just shot a opossum that I found in the trap that is in the garden. The trap has been set for a few weeks with no bait but tonight when I went to feed the chickens I saw it was tripped so looked and found a opossum in it.

a couple years ago local hunter came into shop with two of those,lighter color, he called them cinnamon color , we in east missouri

Brother and a buddy killed a white one yrs. ago here on the farm in Indiana . It still showed all the normal black areas .
