How much should I charge for dove hunting.

I am located in Eastern TN, I have been top sowing winter wheat every year from friends of mine to hunt. Which is legal in TN. I love it because I love to hunt, but it is really getting into my pocket. Next year I am going from 2 acres of winter wheat to 6 acres of Sunflowers planted in rows. How much do you think I should charge per hunter per day? I am thinking $25 per hunter what do you think? This year we bagged over 500 doves in 4 hunts so the hunting is good.
 
Here in West KY all my huntin buddies split the $$ and labor. Works out well and they are welcome to use it anytime without me. Just have to set a few ground rules up front about them bringing over buddies. I don't mind 1 or 2, but it can get out of hand quickly. As long as everyone knows the rules up front, it isn't a problem.

Be careful! In New York if you charge hunters you are no longer protected by state law for liability. My lawyer insists I never sign hunting leases.
 
I think that is a good Idea I'm pretty sure my hunting buddies would help me with the cost, I am going to talk to them. If it's my land and they bring a friend that I don't know and they get hurt am I liable since I didn't charge any money?
 
check the laws regarding hunting leases...have to have million dollar liability policy in Texas if you allow kids on land with parents...also just found out this year the state requires a license for me to lease my own land to hunters.
