720 Diesel starting engine fluid drain

Winterizing my 720 Diesel. Just purchased and have just ordered owner's manual but it hasn't arrived yet. I drained the coolant from the diesel engine but would like to know if that has drained the pony as well? If not, what's the best way to make sure all the water is out of the starting engine?

It isn"t 1850-1960 when antifreeze was expensive, dangerous or unavailable.
Put a fresh 50/50 mix of demineralized water and diesel antifreeze back in the engine.
Test the antifreeze corrosion inhibiter as well as the freeze point. There are tractor owners with equipment having 10,20+ year old depleted coolant. Wondering why the rad , gaskets and sleeves/block are corroding from the inside out.

I hear you on the old, depleted coolant. That"s exactly what it had in it. I will add fresh 50/50 back in it. Thanks.

Thanks, Mike. My mechanic (dad) remembered that was how it drained. It's been a while since we drained one of these beauties.
