Looking for blem or used tires

We all know how terribly expensive tractor tires are now. I have found that "Tractor Town" in Nebraska sells blems for $150 less than new price, however freight costs to Virginia put the price back up there with new brand name tires. Does anyone know of a tire discount outlet in the Virginia/ North Carolina/ Maryland area? I am looking for 11.2-38 or 12.4-38 rear tires for a Farmall H.

As well as shipping being expensive they never seemed to have the size I wanted in stock when I called. I think the prices are what they would sell them for if they had them.

Be careful about buying the blems from them. Back 15 years ago, I bought 2 18.4-34s that they said were in good shape. Ended up with a big bubble on the side of both of them. Took most of a year, and an attorney getting involved, to get things straightened out. This was from Firth COOP way back then.
