Younger Generation

I hate to beat a dead horse, but with all this "young people" talk, I feel this song is poignant. It is 47 years old, but I think it sums up the opinions of the younger generation regarding the older folks and vice versa. I am not taking sides, but I think that many older people have always felt that young people are insolent (though often that feeling is justified).

What is the best about that song is watching a bunch of fat, gray, balding men sing "I hope I die before I get old" on TV. Cracked me and my dad up (I`m 27, BTW).

Shoot I have 2 daughters that are older then you are. I also have one son or should I say step son who is 22 or is that 23

What can I say you where just born to soon. LOL Bet my mom is older then you LOL and yes she is still alive at the age of well lets say in a couple years if she lives she will be 90

When I was 15, thought that was a great song when it came out, don't agree as much today with the lyrics.
