Awhile back, someone could not adjust their "view" for easier reading (and had to resort to Cntrl + scrolling mouse button. They had a Windows 7 operating system... had work done on their computer and the File, Edit, View, etc. had disappeared on them.
FOUND SOLUTION (had similar issue): up around the box where you type your web addresses in... in any blank area above or below that box, just RIGHT click your mouse and a drop down menu will appear. Put a check mark in front of "Menu Bar" and that tool bar will appear for you.
