Case trencher parts?

Any of you guys got any leads on Case trencher parts?
My Dad has been working for a local nursery as mechanic, and is having a near impossible time finding parts. Currently the troublesome critter is a Case Maxi Sneaker, with Kuboba motor needing a new fan.
The local case dealer doesn't / can't/ won't get parts anymore, one connection we made in Colorado got cut off from their supplier, and we've been told about some place in Georgia that can, but we have not been given any contact info.
Meanwhile, Kabob dealer won't offer any help because we don't have a Kuboba part number. I think dad was able to give them the motor model, but I'm not sure and I can't give it to you guys as I didn't get a chance to get such from him.

Were about at our whits end for how to find parts!
Any help?

We had a Steiner with a Kubota engine on it, found out if we drop the prefix off the Steiner part number it becomes a Kubota part number, slick eh? If that doesn't work try searching the motor number on line, might find a parts break out on line some folks that schlep parts on the internet post that kind of stuff to make it easier to get the [art from them.

Are you going to a Case Industrial equipment dealer?? They will have the best chance of finding the parts. A Case/IH tractor dealer has nothing to do with Case industrial Equipment unless he has the franchise. Even then you may have trouble as some if the smaller stuff was made by Ingersoll and sold through Case. Then Ingersoll and Case fell out. Those pieces are orphans. Neither company sells the parts for them. I had a Case walk behind trencher that was this way. That is why I know this. I finally got it to work and sold it.

That can.t be a hard one. Any good KUBOTA dealer can do it from the engine model number. My e=mail is open if you need help . Been a KUBOTA dealer 28 years but not on here tring to sell parts.

for Case trencher parts I go to Trenchers plus in MN you can google them they do have a website, Aztec bought the trencher line from Case but now I was told Toro bought them good luck cnt

You need to get ahold of Gregware Equipment company in Michigan. They are by far the best place to buy Case trencher parts. I have a trencher and have used them many times and they know what they are doing and they have the parts. Their toll free number is 1-800-248-5678. Don't waste your time with Trenchers Plus in Minnesota. They didn't return my calls and didn't seem to even have knowledge of the trencher I was asking about. Gregware is the place to go.

Forgot to add, we hard the toro rummer to, but the local toro dealer knew nothing.
