My little girl when she was small used to dress the cat in doll clothes. cat couldn't, or wouldn't walk ..acted paralyzed.

Thats why a momma cat carries her kittens that way. Whenever I have to doctor a cat thats how I hold them. Just a warning though it doesn't work on all cats. The others you have to grab them around the neck and squeeze till their tounge comes out. Then they cooperate.
