If you have any chiropractors in your area, try them. My chiro got me started on it and my sister"s is recommending it, too.
If you strike out there, google "corganics". You can buy it off the internet.
It only takes a small amount, a dab about the size of a pencil eraser. Rub in vigorously, then wash your hands. You don"t want it on tender skin, like your face, and definitely not anywhere around your eyes.
It has been very effective on my sciatic nerve and other achy places as well.
