Ford 1300 compact tractor question

Haven't had a chance to do any looking online, or to look at the machine yet, but got a customer who called with Ford 1300 compact tractor sounds like the relief in the hydraulics for the three point is stuck partly open. I know it was overloaded with a carry box when the problem started so I'm 99% sure it's a stuck relief, just not sure where it is on one of these machines. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Fount this on the internet. I have a 1220 and it is located below the hydraulic pump on the right side of the engine. This one may be located under the seat on the 1300. DH

Thanks for the pic. That's kind of what I figured I'd be looking for but on these foreign Fords I really wasn't sure. Heck the last on was made by one company and I'm not sure yet who made this one, but I figure I'll find out before I'm done with it since I have to change the clutch too when I get started on it.
