We went Friday. I've been going for over 39 years, missed maybe 3 or 4. Finally got to see the big steamers plow. Avery puklled a 12-bottom. Very cool!!! I have a picture of the train but I can't find it right now.

Cool steam pictures!! Never saw anyone put a protective tent over their tractors before! Little over the top,isn't it? Do they actually run them or just roll them in place?

Thanks for posting. Great pics! Love the steam engine plowing photos. The blue sky with clouds really adds to your photos...awesome.

I have never seen tents over tractors at shows before, either.
 
A lot of the time the owners want a place to set with their tractors and visit with the sightseeres and would you rather be setting out in a blazing hot sun or in a rain downpour without protection from the weather for yourself or the visitor that would like to stop and talk but without that weather protection will not even stop to look let alone talk. Always good idea to have extra chairs for the visitor to set and rest in as well and you just might make a new friend.
