gas tank condensation

What do most of you do to reduce gas tank moisture condensation? I fill my tanks with winter blend gas in the fall, drain them for summer and refill again in the fall. If I want to use the tractor in summer, I put fresh summer blend in and then add the winter blend when I refill for the winter.
What suggestions do you have for me? I really don't notice any condensation problems. Am I draining (siphoning) and refilling just making more work for myself?

if your friends and neighbors will let you, just keep em full... Isn't that what the sediment bowl is for tho???

last fall I filled the tank on my tractor and went on one tractor ride and when winter came I put the snow plow on that tractor and we had very litle snow so I had over a half of tank of gas this spring. I had to add gas at the end of july and I had no problems. If I were you I would not do what you do but I am not you. If that works for you do it.

the biggest thing is just keep the tank full when sitting, and you will have no condensation problem. can also add some methanol to the tank of gas also.

My buddy sent a carb to Robert's for a rebuild this past spring. In a telephone conversation with them, they told him to keep a quilt over the gas tank when his tractor was sitting and that this would keep condensation from forming in the tank.

You are just making more work for yourself! If they are parked inside where they don't change temperature so drastically there should be no problem. In MN all the cheaper gas has ethanol in it and it will absorb some water so that is good, have not had one bit of water problem for many years. I do avoid ethanol for my motorcycle (Triumph) and all my 2-cycle engines that I mix gas for.
