Meeting in central Michigan

I noticed RR Lund and others live in central Michigan. Would any of you be interested in a get together at a restaurant maybe in Lansing or wherever to meet?

Central Michigan is a pretty big place!
rrlund and I are over an hour"s drive out of Lansing. But if someone wants to organize something, it might be interesting to meet a bunch of the guys. Really wonder how many of us there are in central Michigan. Lots of folks here don"t make their locations readily obvious.

I live in Grand Blanc, about 50 miles east of Lansing. I don't always say much on here but I've been on here everyday for years. I don't object to meeting up sometime.

Well............I generally try to link up with guys at shows, but whatever everybody else wants to do,let me know and I'll see if I can make it.

Looks like we have some interest.. Now we need some suggestions on a specific place. Any ideas? Also, during the week or on a weekend?

I'd be interested.
I'm north of Ionia on M66.
Evenings or weekends would work best for me.
Still working for the man so to speak. :)

Im in Rosebush, between clare and mt. pleasant. I would sure be interested in a meeting. Like someone else posted. Im on daily scanning posts but rarely have anything to post. Count me in.

I have interests other than tractors, too. I used to race motocross in the '70's and next weekend I will be in Portland,MI for a AHRMA historic vintage motocross. They have only 1 a year, and next weekend is it. Its at the Portland Trail Riders track.

I'm about as "central" as it gets here in Mt. Pleasant (CMU means it's central, right?) Actually,I'm about 6 mi east. Lansing is an hour drive , about the same as everyone looks like. Oakley event would work best for me also.RB

I'll be at Oakley next Saturday. How about each of us wear a name tag that states our Forum name?
Where and when do you want to meet?

Today (Sat) I will be at the Waterloo,MI tractor show NE of Jackson, NW of Ann Arbor, SE of Lansing in the morning carrying a John Deere umbrella. Oakley might be a good meeting place for many, and maybe we can get together after Labor day. Waterloo does have a website for directions and times. (Waterloo farm museum)

I'll most likely be there on Saturday. I'll be the one in the bibs,Oliver shirt and the black and white Lund Farm hat with the Angus on it. I'll be in the steam area a good share of the time near the sawmill. My brother in law takes his Keck Gonnerman over to saw with. We hang out with them the better part of the afternoon.

I'll wear my Farmall hat. See ya there Sat. Hopefully, this will bump this thing up to the top?

Your BIL that steam guy from Stanton????

I can make it Saturday, was planning on going anyway.
When/Where I guess would be the first question.
Second one would be when are we going to do it again since
johnlobb who brought it up can't make it that day?

No,that's Dave. Kevin has a Keck Gonnerman, lives just west of me here west of Sheridan. He and Dave have their engines hauled to shows together by the same hauler at the same time.

Wish I could make Oakley next Saturday, but previous plans won't allow it. I was really looking forward to meeting some of you guys. Maybe next time?

I stopped and seen Dave last week. I will look up your BIL when I get to Oakley.
