I have a 2000 model year JD 6310 and the SCV's leak off very fast. There isnt any external leaking just "bypassing" I think. The implements wont stay up the hydraulic cylinder will extend and then any weight on it at all and it just retracts right back in. How do I fix this? Anybody know? Thank you

Which style 200 or 300 series? Maybe the spool to valve housing clearances are worn too much.
