No newspaper...... Try KWMT radio AM 540 Fort Dodge, No more, Big Red but Jerry's still there with News, The Music will fit. How far it will broadcast, I hope to find out here, WE know it's in OK.
Give it a go.

Commercial radio is very poor around here. Mostly rap stuff and what they call country today. Made the decision a few years ago to go with satellite radio (XM-Sirius) in my shop. They have old country(Porter Wagoner, Faron Young, Kitty Wells etc.)90's country (Randy Travis,Keith Whitley etc)Blue Collar comedy and an assortment of classic rock n roll from 50's through 70's (plus almost everything else). Cost per month is 12-15 dollars but we pay for everything else today too. Good listening

AM radio here is now dead air. Can't get anything on the dial. Maybe if I were closer to metropolitan areas, but it seems FM has taken over. That, and satellite radio.

Dino, I listen to KWMT in Omaha/SW IA on a regular basis. I get it clearly over am radio, and listen to it over the internet, as well. Great old country music, from the beginnings of the genre. 93.3 FM The Wolf in Omaha is pretty good, too, if you don't mind some 70s and 80s country in the mix.
