Ford 5000 Hydraulic Settings what are they?

I was told I could set the front in loader to gravity feed by adjusting the hydraulic.
So when I pressed the lever gravity and the weight of the loader would lower my loader to the ground
relieving the pressure of the line. I could then reattach the hose easy and reset the hydraulic back.
I was talking to this old timer who lives next door which happens to play around with the old small ford tractors. He said he could set his Ford 3000 hydraulics with just a turn of a screw so the entire front endloader would be lowered by gravity forcing the hydraulic fluid back into the reservoir. He was not sure if my Ford 5000 had the same type of adjustment. This sure should be an easy way to solve my issue with the pressure for reattachment. I noticed there are adjustments on the block, but do not have a manual to show what each adjustment will do. Maybe you all could help me figure out what these adjustments on the hydraulic block do. I had forgotten about my nice old neighbor’s expertise.
I have come to the conclusion whatever I need is always close at hand and easy to find.
I just have to open my eyes some time to see it.

Thanks every one

It's the slotted hex-head screw on the front of the valve body. Can't remember if you need to turn it clockwise or CCW. Will probably only go one way from where it is now... if it will turn at all.

Why not just shut tractor off, wiggle levers to relieve pressure, and then disconnect? That's the way all us old timers have had to do it for decades. Just say'n.

It cannot be that simple can it? OK I will give both a try. Never knew you could just wiggle the levers after turn off to relive the pressure. Not sure the wiggle will work, my loader is held up with pressure and the lever will not allow reconnect until loader is lowered. That is why I wanted gravity to let it lower so I could reconnect. I will give both a try thinking the setting is the answer, but who knows.
THANKS

Hope it turns. I plan to let gravity take the loader down so I can reconnect, connect and then reset. Hope this will work.
THANKS

Is it the pressure in the lever side or the pressure in the hose side from the loader cylinders? I am not sure I understand the problem entirely. I don't uderstand fords entirely either though!
