the dilly beans,,,,,you guys said they were good,so we made some,we will try them this winter! I have to force myself a little to can a batch of stuff after work,but once I get going I feel good about it, Dont want to put it off till fall,did that last year and we didnt end up with much stuff canned

Just picked some 'maters, wife will do a little canning in the morning. There was actually one Early Girl that tipped the scale right near a pound. They could have used a lot more water.

Just came in from the shop. Up to 71 quarts of potatoes tonight. Hope to do about 50 more in the next couple of days.

Made 10.5 pints of B & B pickles last night. Didn't even have enough left in the pan to try. Still have some from last year in the basement so I better get eating.
