The Red Power site has been giving me a danger warning for the last few days.
Does anyone here know what's wrong?

YEP, I'm getting the same warning,so I haven't opened it.
Just had some viriuses removed, may have a nother.

I'm getting a virus warning as well and had to remove it one of the times yesterday. I'm staying away for a while.

Last wednesday when I went to the Red power site after being there a few seconds I would get redirected to a different site. Tried a few times.
My son who works in computer technology took care of the problem.

I've had same problem. I just consulted with my step-daughter who is computer technology trained.
I sent her a screenshot of the warning page. Her response is this:

Got the screenshot. It's likely that redpower was hacked by some unscrupulous person who started using it to spam the heck out of people. Redpower is hopefully aware of the problem and is working to get their site secure again. The other users who are not seeing the warnings probably are using a different browser or they have their settings different to ignore potentially harmful sites.

It is a totally legitimate warning and I would recommend staying away from that site for a few days. I did some searching and there's definitely a problem. Seems the hacker was sending out viruses with the website. Even after they get it "cleaned up" it will take a while for google to recognize that it is ok. I would wait until those other forums (newagtalk, etc.) say that it's all clear and that redpower has made some kind of statement that they have fixed the problem.
