Same chimney

Thank you to all who responded. I think I'll use the chimney for wood and pipe for fuel oil just trying to save some money. If something went wrong down the road it would be even more money. Thanks again

Don't every try to pull a fast one with your insurance company. Have the installation inspected by your insurance agent, then find a chimney sweep with the proper accreditation and insurance and have it cleaned every year. I could do it myself but then I don't have any proof that it was cleaned if anything happens. No problems here and don't want any.
