CENEX vs FS Premium Diesel fuels

Just wondering how many people use these two brands of premium diesel fuel? We use the Ruby fieldmaster from cenex on the farm but we are starting to hear that the fs cooperative a couple towns over offers a very (and i mean extreamly) comparable diesel with an additive package for about 15-20 cents less per gallon. talked with a few farmers that use fs dieselex gold and they really like their diesel, any thoughts on the matter?
 
Very close to the same product from both. Most likely out of the same pipeline.

Buy the least expensive.

How can you justify any additive package that cost 15 to 20 cents. We contracto our farm no taxed fuel about 6 months ahead and buy the cheapest # 2 diesel out there. we also run 7 large semis so use a quite abit of on road and never pay for premium fuel.
 
The 2 fuels he is asking about are most likely about the same But don't buy the cheapest fuel you can buy . We bought fuel from a fuel man that sells a lot of fuel He was like 20 cents a gallon cheaper but when he switched to fieldmaster our tractors burned 2 + gallons per hour less doing the same work . We use between 16000 and 20000 gallons per year and the cheapest fuel isn't always cheapest . You should do a side by side test with 2 quart jars of fuel fill 1 with fieldmaster and the other with regular no2 and set them on a shelf for a year then look at them then shake them and look at them and tell us on hear what you see you will be surprised.
 
We burn about 50,000 gallons of the FS fuel a year. The guys running the Gold package all swear by it-claim fewer gal/hr in tractors and better MPG in trucks. Service is the main reason we went to FS fuels.
 
We have been using Harvestland Co-op fuel, premium diesel. I can tell a difference in the economy on our trucks if we stop to fill up at a station. The co-op fuel is a bit more, but.....it goes farther, and starts easier in the winter....
