I am not very good at shooting pictures while driving down a country road on an antique tractor, but I have a few still shots.

We would like to know where this ride took place and the name of that neat town. Thank you . clint

The town is Peterson, in northwest Iowa. Peterson is in the Little Sioux river valley and there are some winding river roads in that area. The rest is just plain corn-bean farmland, but we do have a good amount of Scandanavian blondes to break up the monotiny. Jim

There where tractors in the pictures??? LAMO wife says I am an old coot. She told me I would know more about how to handle the old tractors than the young lady in the pictures. I must be getting old. The wife even shoots me down. LOL.

Nice pictures and I bet you had great fun.

Am I seeing things, but isn't that a Farmall H painted JD green and yellow with the school bus seat?
Nice pictures. Bet it was hot.

You have excellent eye sight. There is a story behind that Farmall H. It belongs to my brother, and we really have a good time taking it to parades, and tractor rides. I had a decal made for the sides that reads "Green with envy", after all it sheds with about 16 or 17 two cylinder Deeres

Dale, looking at the first pic, those tractors angle parked are just about where my 630 was bought new in the fall of 1960. Vince McGowan was the salesman. Full blown red-headed Irishman. Had a heck of a memory. About 35 years later he asked me if I still had that 630 he sold to my dad. Jim

Yes, that would be right where it was. I suppose that it was Art Johnson Implement at that time. I don't know just when it changed to Quality Implement. Dale

Just goes to show farmer John still knows how ta raise em!!! I'm goin on 62 and she's younger than my daughter....one sick ole cooter ain't I ?? OHH just bout forgot...nice tractors too.

That's pretty weird. I was driving the IH 656 Hydro that is parked right in front of the green H. It was a pretty good time. Looking forward to doing it again this year. It's nice to go on a ride where the tractors can still have their "work clothes" on.
