Everything is old but it still gets it done.

I've never seen duals set up like that, I'd like a better look at them. Is that a MM drill? Yes, the old equipment still does the job, just takes a little longer. Chris

Fronts are from an old center pivot irrigator. Really help with steering in sandy hills.

Duals are from Fargo Tank Co. They bolt to the wheel castings using the 3 bolt holes for the wheel weights.

It is a P3 MM double disc drill.

I made the adapter plate for the New Gen slab weights.

Yup, you could spend 80 grand for a new tractor and drill, but the crop will still grow no better than what you planted with that rig. The weld-on duals are unique. You're my kind a guy.

To hold the front of the tractor down when the loaded planter is in the air.Doesnt need much traction to pull a planter.

Wow a six row three point planter on a M Farmall is a load for sure. Ever brake an axle front or back? I just never saw that before just goes to show that those ol' red tractors are tough. HUH?

Nice pictures. I see you own one of the very few FWA made during those years!! Plan on doing the same to my backhoe.

Appears to me most people on this board are running older equipment, if you maintain it, age really don't matter.

I have been helping a buddy do square bales for a few years with a 1974ish NH hayliner, thing rarely missing a bale if you don't push it hard. He takes the time to do the maintenance on it.

PLUS, no computers requipred to work on older equipment.
