Mentioned this subject sometime back and had some responses . I;m posting the same subject mater but now the problem (health wise) has followed the blood line (heredity)effecting my son. Let me explain, I'm 76 years old and will soon be 77 come July 2nd. For the last year or so My energy level drooped out of sight, had terrible night sweats, mussel loss, needed to take a Nap several times a day.concentration loss,to tired to respond to any conversation(just wish folks would just shut up and go away and leave me alone)I still greatly dislike the phone calls ect,(telemarketers)in particular.Well my Dr at the V.A.( found my testosterone level was way low.He suggested testosterone therapy(Shots and serum)which I declined, (tired of insulin needles since 1985 and now the therapy needles are 1"1/4 in length.Has to have the length to go inside the mussel mass.I got to feeling so tired all the time, I decided to go with the therapy. Hey folks It works for me!!!.Gaining ground every day. BUTTT now my son has low testosterone level down to a 66 year old man and he is only 40. Extensive blood work confirmed what we knew he was suffering from. Same all around identical symptoms. Now he starts his therapy today. He gives me my injections and he says he can do his. But if not, I can handle his injection. Right now he is pushing himself just to function and do the chores.Damed old age . Sure can fool a person into a false since of security, claiming all a persons age problems has to do with the weather. I'm sure within a couple,(4)weeks he is going to notice a remarkable difference. Reading Harvard Medical journal on testosterone is sound advice and subject mater that all men should read.A comprehensive Blood test will reveal the problem. Glad he had it done. General blood test didn't reveal it at all. The comprehensive test DID!!!!!. Pays to be persuasive as he is. Thought you might find this post enlightening . Regards, LOU.

Coincidence that you mention this. Guy at work had the same problem with the exact same symptoms you describe.

For a while his main doctor thought it could be cancer somewhere that they were unable to find. Finally one of the other doctors suggestioned testing his testosterone level. Problem solved. It took him almost a month to get straightened out from all of the other drugs that had been prescribing him.
